(Q) What company name will I be billed by?

(A) Your credit card will be discreetly billed by "Verotel.com" or "CCBill.com".
(B) If you paid by online check you will be billed by "Electracash.com" or "Verotel.com".
(C) If you paid by 900 telephone billing you will be billed by "GXBill.com".

(Q) How often will I be billed for my membership?

(A) You will be billed on the date you joined, and every thirty days thereafter. For example, if you joined on March 15, you will be billed on March 15, and then monthly thereafter on the fifteenth of each month.

(Q) If I joined the site through a Trial Membership, how am I billed?

(A) You will be billed for your Trial Membership on the day you joined. A Trial Membership automatically renews as a regular monthly membership, unless you cancel your Trial Membership within the trial period (i.e. the specific number of days stated when you joined). Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the website for further information.

(Q) What is your refund policy?

(A) If you cancel your membership, you will continue to receive the full benefits of membership until the end of your billing cycle. For example, if you joined on March 15, and cancel your membership on April 10, your membership will remain active until April 14. You will not be billed again after your membership expires . Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the website for further information.

(Q) How can I be certain my membership was cancelled?

(A) When you cancel your membership via the online account cancellation form provided by our authorized sales agent, a confirmation page will appear for your records. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail to the address that you submitted when you joined.

(Q) Why haven’t I received a cancellation confirmation via email?

(A) It may take up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation email. If the email you submitted when you joined is no longer active, you can confirm your cancellation with our authorized sales agent. In order to confirm your cancellation, you will be asked for any two of the following: Credit card number, email you submitted when you joined, the member ID you received when you joined, or your User Name.
